Jackalope Festival
This year’s Virginia event will be a part of the Jackalope Festival, a 3-day, vibrant festival renowned for its unique atmosphere, the quality of the athletes competing in high adrenaline action sports such as skateboarding, bouldering, break dancing and BASE jumping. JACKALOPE is the ultimate gathering of Canada's action sport communities, bringing together top athletes and professionals in the featured sports as well as enthusiasts and curious!
OBX Skim Jam
With the competition venue right on the South side of Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, and tons of great local restaurants and shops, the OBX Skim Jam always delivers a fun weekend of skimming and family fun! NOTE: This is a 3-day event!
42nd Annual Zap Pro/Am World Championships of Skimboarding
The culmination of the Skim USA tour each year, the Zap Pro/Am is where the top amateur skimboarders of the world gather to vie for a spot on the podium at the World Championships of Skimboarding. This is a three-day event that has live music, great food, and an amazing skimboarding competition, all in the heart of the skimboarding capital of the East Coast, Dewey Beach!
PCB Spring Skim Jam
The water is always crystal clear, and the weather is usually a welcome respite for those who skim in colder climates.
ShoreLB Throwdown
The second points-earning stop on the Skim USA 2023 tour is always a fun one. It’s in a new location this year, so plan accordingly. Chris, Todd, and the rest of the ShoreLB crew always put on an amazing event!

41st Annual Zap Pro/Am World Championships of Skimboarding

This year is the 40th anniversary of the contest, which is a three-day event that has live music, great food, and an amazing skimboarding competition, all in the heart of the skimboarding capital of the East Coast, Dewey Beach!
